  • 2 pieces medium sweet corn
  • 2 pieces of squash
  • 1 pieces purple eggplant
  • 100 gram long bean
  • 1 piece of tempe
  • 50 gram melinjo leaves
  • 50 gram melinjo fruit
  • 400 ml of water
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • Right amount of oil

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 pieces red onion
  • 4 pieces candlenuts
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
  • Salt to taste
  • White sugar to taste

  • 2 pieces of red chili
  • 2 pieces of green chili
  • 1 pieces red tomato
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 3 bay leaves

How to Cook Recipe Cooking Sayur Lodeh

The first step

  • Wash all the vegetables
  • Cut sweet corn into 4 pieces
  • Peel the squash then Cut the dice
  • Cut the eggplant purple in the shape of the dice
  • Cut tempe into dice
  • long beans cut into size 5 cm

Step Two

  • Blend spices such as garlic, onion, hazelnut, coriander and shrimp paste
  • Slice of red chili pepper
  • Slice of green chili pepper
  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts
  • Cut lengkuas and crush

Third step

  • Then Heat 400 ml of water
  • After boiling water, put in the squash and then boil until half cooked
  • Next after a half baked the squash, put the purple eggplant, long beans, corn and melinjo fruit boiled back until the vegetables are cooked
  • While waiting for cooked vegetables,  fried tempe then input into a pot containing vegetables
  • Put in the red chili, green chili and tomato.
  • Then put in melinjo leaves
  • Heat 3 table spoons of cooking oil,  then saute the smoothed spices along with galangal and bay leaf
  • Once fragrant and cooked seasoning, put in into the vegetable pan, then stir.
  • Then put in salt and white sugar
  • Add thick coconut milk, then stir and minimize the fire so the coconut milk does not break
  • Cook until the vegetables are cooked and the seasoning is mixed
  • Then lift and serve
